It's not a converter but it can record the flash and you can watch it as an avi.. Its CamStudio and as of now it's free. Just Google it. Sorry if this wasn't what you're lookin' for.

You can export your Fla. to an avi.
However, the AS in it won't work.

In flash, go to file, Export, Export Movie, and when flash prompts you to "Save as," go down to the drop down menu that says "save as type" and select Windows AVI.

It's that simple, you don't need a video converter.

Be warned, if you don't break apart text, it won't show up, and menus/ Stop() code won't work.
